Standard commercially available software, also used for Flow Cytometry analysis can be used to analyze your CyTOF data.
FlowJo and FCS Express can be used for basic analysis such as bivariate plots, histogram overlays, heatmaps and dose response.
FlowJo has also plugins, which offer user-friendly versions of clustering algorithms such as ViSNE/tSNE,UMAP, Tri-MAP, FlowSOM and others.
Free software designed for MatLab and R can be found online, but requires installation of R or MatLab.

Normalization, concatenation, debarcoding, and FCS to TXT is available in the Fluidigm Helios software.This can be done by the staff on the instrument computer or a standalone Data analysis workstation. A freestanding version is available for download online (ask MCU-team)
