We offer flexible engagement depending on scope and duration. Initial consultation meetings are typically free of charge.

Fee-for-service

Defined analytical tasks and short-term support are billed hourly.

Suitable for:

Internal AU HEALTH users: DKK 600/hour
Other public institutions: DKK 1200/hour
Private companies DKK 1650/hour

Example package: Bulk RNA-seq analysis

Includes:

  • Initial project meeting
  • Secure storage of FASTQ files
  • Complete bulk RNA-seq analysis
  • Upload to interactive platform (6 months’ access)
  • Publication-ready figures and methods text

Total price: DKK 7,000

Continued access to platform:
DKK 250 per 3 months (minimum 12-month commitment).

Subscription-based support

  • Minimum commitment: 0.2 full-time equivalent (FTE) for 3 months
  • Cost: Actual salary expenses + 11% administrative overhead

Example: 0.2 FTE subscription

Approx. one day per week of embedded support, including:

  • Participation in group meetings
  • Continuous analytical support
  • Mentoring of PhD students
  • Grant and manuscript input

Cost: DKK 32,995 per quarter
