After receiving the e-mail, we will contact you to plan and organize your protocol. If needed, researchers who are experts within your field of interest will be contacted on your behalf.
When renting equipment, you are expected to clean and ready the equipment for the next user, unless otherwise agreed.
Are you interested in our services, but not a part of the Department of Biomedicine at AU?
Our services are available to any researcher interested, including if you're located abroad. Feel free to e-mail us with a brief description of your project, and we will contact you to coordinate between our institutions, and hopefully plan your project.
Prices are given on request and/or upon booking.

Cancellation of a booking or major alterations to the protocol must be communicated at least 24 hours before the original booking time.
If rescheduling or cancellation is made later, you will be billed 50% of the agreed cost.
