Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus and the Department of Biomedicine host the Stenomics Core, a newly established bulk RNA-sequencing service unit within BioMed_SDCA. The facility provides fully standardized, high-quality bulk RNA-seq workflows for researchers at Aarhus University, Aarhus University Hospital, and external collaborators. The Stenomics Core supports projects from RNA quality assessment and library preparation to sequencing coordination and secure data delivery.
