Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus and the Department of Biomedicine host the Stenomics Core Facility, a newly established bulk RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) service unit within BioMed_SDCA. The facility provides fully standardized, high-quality bulk RNA-seq workflows for researchers at Aarhus University, Aarhus University Hospital, and external collaborators. Stenomics supports projects from RNA-seq NGS library preparation to sequencing coordination and secure data delivery.
