The Stenomics Core Facility has established in-house single molecule RNA sequencing methods. These RNA sequencing methods are compatible for RNA samples of different amounts from 10ng to 1 µg, or above.

The facility is equipped with the instruments for:

• RNA quality control (Bioanalyzer, Agilent)
• digital quantitative PCR (Bio-Rad)
• automatic library generation (Eppendorf).

In addition, the facility is also equipped with.

• single-cell RNA sequencing library preparation
• spatial transcriptomics analysis (10X genomics).

The staff at Stenomics are highly experienced in RNA sequencing and transcriptome data analysis. They are ready to provide advice to sequencing strategies and analyzing data.

The facility has developed an automatic data analysis pipeline.

Standard analysis includes:

• raw data processing
• generation of gene expression matrix
• differential gene expression analysis
