What we expect from you:
- Drive Your Own Research
You will lead your own research project with support from Klaus and the team. Self-motivation, initiative, and responsibility are essential as you define timelines, set goals, and navigate challenges.
- Contribute to a Collaborative Culture
Everyone brings something unique to the table. You’ll be encouraged to ask for help, share ideas, offer support, and engage in scientific discussions respectfully and openly.

You’ll be expected to follow lab safety protocols, respect animal welfare guidelines, and treat shared equipment and resources with care. Safety is a shared responsibility.

If your research involves animals, we expect full compliance with legal and ethical standards. Respect and care for animals is a critical part of our scientific responsibilities. The same is true when working with data from patients and clinical samples.
