I investigate receptor-mediated endocytosis in chronic kidney disease and blood pressure regulation using advanced cell and animal models, including gene knockout mice. My research focuses on kidney epithelial cell function, receptor biology, and disease mechanisms, aiming to translate experimental findings into clinical relevance.
I conduct research in kidney receptor biology, focusing on receptor-mediated endocytosis in chronic kidney disease and blood pressure regulation. Responsibilities include experimental work with gene knockout mice, cell cultures, immunohistochemistry, western blotting, qRT-PCR, and student supervision.
