Profile
As a Bioinformatician in the Bioinformatics Core Facility I provide support in data analysis to researches in the department of Biomedicine and externaly. In my work I am responsible for making sure that berst practices are applied from raw data to publication ready plots. I have a background in Mathematics and Bioinformatics and have experience with data science, machine learning and analysis of Omics data. Currently working with Bulk and Single Cell RNA data.
