Prices for using Analysers
Users from Aarhus University will be trained to run their own samples on the NovoCyte, Quanteon, Penteon, CytoFLEX nano or ID7000.
The FACS Core staff will run the samples from other universities and non-university users.
Users from other universities with bigger projects can be trained to run their own samples.
List prices with technical assistance are valid from 9:00-15:30 Monday to Friday.
Price doubles at all other time points
AU users
Analysers run by the users with Drivers License.
NovoCyte, Quanteon, Penteon, CytoFLEX nano and ID7000 will mainly be run by the users themselves.

Drivers License
AU users can obtain a Drivers License to run their own samples on the NovoCyte, Quanteon, Penteon, or ID7000.
To obtain a Drivers License the FACS Core personel will run the users own samples together with the user 1-3 times 2-4 hours (depending on analyser and previous experience).
The price for assistance/training is 577 kr per hour.
Before the training, an online basic introduction to flow cytometry from Fluorofinder must be followed. It is free to register. Sign up with your AU email, we have paid for access to the training module https://app.fluorofinder.com/flow_training_users/
Before Training on the ID7000 you must also watch the SONY webinars concerning spectral flow cytometry at this page https://www.sonybiotechnology.com/eu/webinars/ If you will only listen to 2 talks, choose Jeff Clappers as the first and Jerry Barnharts talk about panel design as the second. In addition, more basic information is found in the online teaching material from Fluorofinder https://app.fluorofinder.com/flow_training_users/
To be eligible for training on the CytoFLEX nano a theoretical course must be completed beforehand. Go to CytoFLEX nano

If you want the FACS Core Staff to run your samples at the any of the conventional analyzers the price is 577 kr per hour.
If you need help with data analyzis the price is 577 kr per hour.
Other University Users
