What services do we offer?
The Laboratory Animal Core Facility at the Department of Biomedicine is the largest rodent facility at the Faculty of Health, Aarhus University. The facility consists of a closed breeding barrier for the production and breeding of genetically modified mice, and a standard barrier for housing and breeding both mice and rats. The standard barrier facility is open for researchers conducting studies and experiments.
The Animal Facility contributes to both basic and preclinical biomedical research, education in laboratory animal science and offer highly specialized facilities and services.

Accurate use of tick@lab is essential for correct animal management, documentation, and billing.
We are happy to assist with questions and corrections. However, extensive work required to resolve long-standing or complex registration errors may be subject to charges.
