The Animal Facility offers a range of different services and houses a lot of advanced equipment for use in rodents. You can read more about what we offer in the menu tabs to the left, and below you can see if there are certain periods during the year where the service level may be reduced due to holidays, internal courses etc.

Limited service levels and possibility for assistance during week 52 and 1 (Christmas and New Year)

Due to the low number of working days during week 52 and 1 (Christmas and New Year), please be advised that services are reduced accordingly.

Also, to reduce number of animals to be weaned and ear-marked and to lower the number of tissue samples for you to genotype during the holiday, please consider to manage your animal breeding by separating breeding pairs during week 47-49.

Please contact and coordinate with your animal technician to manage your animal breeding during week 52 and 1.

If you expect to be needing assistance during during week 52 and 1, please contact The Animal Facility staff in good time in advance to see if we can arrange assistance or help you work around the limitations.
