Focus Group Meetings
The objective of Focus Group Meetings is to support and secure effective communication between the facility staff and each research group working in the facility.
Effective communication is essential for securing both the quality of the research and the welfare of the animals.
The Focus Group Meetings will be held annually with the main groups working in the facility. Focus Group Meetings can also be arranged on request by researchers or facility staff.
At the Focus Group Meeting, the facility veterinarian, relevant technical facility staff and the researchers involved in animal research meet in person to discuss the ongoing and future projects. When relevant, the group leader, facility management or our breeding consultant can participate.
Prior to each meeting, all participants will receive a Focus Group Meeting Form, where topics for discussion can be selected. A short, confidential written summary of the meeting will be sent to all participants after the meeting.
