To streamline inquiries and support an efficient daily workflow, we are introducing Open Office Hours. Initially, these will take place every:

• Monday and Thursday
• 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Veterinary Office (Room 1115 – 020)

This is a complimentary service aimed at assisting with:

• Medicine purchases
• Study plans
• Practical matters (e.g., anesthesia unit issues)
• Other general inquiries

For complex or time-consuming matters, we kindly ask that you schedule a separate consultation via email or arrange a Focus Group Meeting.

In case of urgent issues (e.g., sick animals), please contact or visit the veterinarians immediately. For non-urgent concerns, we encourage you to either send an email or visit during the designated open office hours.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we implement this new initiative. The concecpt of Open Office Hours will be evaluated and we will adapt to needs and requirements. Our goal is to free up more time to assist with:

• Imports/exports
• New license applications
• Study plan approvals
• Preparation of teaching materials
• Other essential tasks
