Visium Spatial

The Visium platform from 10x Genomics combines histology with spatially resolved whole transcriptome gene expression profiling, allowing for the localization and quantification of gene expression within tissue contexts.

Visium V1 (Visium for Fresh Frozen)

  • Spatial Transcriptomics Technology: Visium V1 uses a microarray of oligo-dT probes that capture mRNA directly from tissue sections
