Spring module of this PhD course is an introductory course, covering most up-to-date, and a wide range of different single-cell and spatial omics technologies. Aim for the students to get a basic understanding of these cutting-edge techniques, different data formats (DNA, RNA and proteins), data handling, critically evaluate what can benefit their own study/project.
