We are running the introductory SC and spatial omics PhD course again this year, covering most up-to-date, and a wide range of different single-cell and spatial omics technologies. Aim for the students to get a basic understanding of these cutting-edge techniques, different data formats (DNA, RNA, metabolites and proteins), data handling, critically evaluate what can benefit their own study/project.
