This workshop is an open forum for Danish research groups working with spatial transcriptomics. The focus is not on polished presentations or system specs, but on sharing practical experiences: what has worked in your hands, what has not, and the lessons learned along the way.

We will discuss the full workflow, from sample preparation and fixation, to imaging, data analysis, and integration with other methods. The aim is to create an honest, hands-on exchange of working protocols, pitfalls, and solutions that helps us move forward more efficiently, with the goal of identifying and sharing best-practice protocols and methods across labs and research centers.
