UNDINE

The Fellay lab a the EPFL School of Life Sciences uses large-scale genomics and bioinformatics to explore the impact of genetic variation on immune parameters and host-pathogen interactions. Our ambition is to shed new light on basic biological mechanisms and to pave the way toward more personalized approaches to medicine. As an associated partner of UNDINE and a part of work package 5, we work on elucidating the genetic roots of interindividual differences in the clinical presentation of Covid, with a particular emphasis on the generation of autoantibodies against interferons.
