Cellular models and immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 and variants of concern
The aim of this work package is to characterize the variation in immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 among human populations worldwide. We try to quantify the respective contribution of sex and age to differences in immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 and assess the role of host genetic factors to the variation in immune responses and disease outcome to different strains of SARS-CoV-2, including novel variants of concern (VOC).
