UNDINE

Our group has focused on the role of autoantibodies to cytokines, including Type I and III interferons, in various monogenic and multifactorial diseases. Within UNDINE, our main task will be related with dissecting the role of type III IFN neutralization in causing susceptibility for viral infections, and finding out the factors causing tolerance breakage towards IFNs. We will contribute to work packages 1 and 5.
