Human genetic resistance to SARS-CoV-2 infection or disease
Our studies in work package 3 try to identify individuals who are resistant to an infection with SARS-CoV-2. We perform genetic analyses of those resistors and aim to identify candidate genetic variants underlying resistance to SARS-CoV-2 infection and/or disease. The goal is to assess the immunological and functional consequences of these variants and to identify genetic and biological markers of resistance.
WP3 is led by Partner 8, University Medical Center Utrecht
