We are a group of immunologists located at the Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute in Dublin Ireland. Our research is focused on understanding the determinants of host innate immune resistance to viral infection in humans, as well as comparatively across species. Within UNDINE, we will collaborate on work package 3. Our aims are to understand the genetic and immunological determinants of innate immune resistance to SARS-CoV-2 infection.
