Human genetics and immunology of MIS-C/A and pernio
The focus of work package 6 is to use Whole Exome and Whole Genome Sequencing (WES & WGS) analyses to investigate the genetic and immunological basis of Multisystem Inflammatory Disease in children and adults (MIS-C & MIS-A) and “COVID toes”. Candidates are characterized at the molecular, cellular and immunological levels. We further screen for potential auto-Abs associated with these disease presentations.
