UNDINE

We are a group of human population geneticists and systems immunologists located at the Institut Pasteur in Paris. Our laboratory “Human Evolutionary Genetics” is focused on understanding how pathogens have exerted selection pressures on the human genome and their impact on immune response variation and infectious disease risk. Within UNDINE, we will lead work package 2. Our aims are to understand how human genetic diversity affects cellular responses to SARS-CoV-2, at the single-cell level, in different human populations.
